I feel blessed to live a creative life, and I value sharing this with others.
It's simple, yet profound, to bring a moment of joy into the world.

'Beauty heals the soul and enhances the spirit.'
As an Italian-American daughter who was supposed to do the family proud, I was told (usually by Nonna) to stand erect. Being 5'7'' by the age of 12, I began dance classes to keep me on the straight & tall. After a B.S. degree in Kinesiology, and throughout a 40 year dance career, I developed an interest in design: choreography, staging, costuming, and accessories. On tours, I would gather beads ranging from stunning gemstones for my jewelry to found objects (leaves, pods, feathers) for my fiber/bead wrapped Native American Hopi inspired sculptures.
Now, wearing the jewelry is exciting and still new to me. After all, dancers don't get to wear jewelry on stage that isn't already sewn into the costumes. When you're throwing yourself through space, you can't chance beads flying off into another performer's face or under their feet!
After years of participating in a "vanishing" art such as dance, I am thrilled to create artisan jewelry & sculptures that last a lifetime. I am excited to share this with my collectors, and delight in their joy of the beauty that I have created for them. Every moment of beauty enhances our souls as well as our bodies.
I feel blessed to live a creative life, and I value sharing this with others. It's simple, yet profound, to bring a moment of joy into the world.
